Privacy Policy — AM Browser
This Privacy Policy describes how AM GROUP ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and discloses information in connection with the AM Browser mobile application (the "App"), published on Google Play under the developer name AM GROUP.
Information We Collect
Account information: when you create an account, we collect your email address and a securely stored, hashed password. Connection and service data: to provide our secure browsing/proxy service, the App processes technical information such as your device's IP address and DNS requests needed to establish and maintain your connection and to protect the service against fraud and abuse. Browsing activity: while you use the App's browsing feature, the App also logs the web addresses (URLs) you visit together with your account identifier and the time of the visit, for internal administrative monitoring purposes; this browsing log is retained for up to 7 days and is then automatically deleted. Purchase information: when you subscribe to a data plan, your payment is processed directly by our payment partners, Google Play Billing (for purchases made through the Google Play Store) and Heleket (for card-based payments); AM GROUP does not receive or store your full card or account numbers. Device and diagnostic information: basic information such as device model, operating system version, app version, and a push-notification token, used to operate the App and to notify you about your connection or subscription status.
How We Use Information
We use the information described above to create and manage your account, to provide and secure the browsing/proxy service, to process purchases and manage subscription plans, to send you service-related notifications, to monitor and maintain the quality and integrity of the service, to detect and prevent fraud or misuse of the service, and to comply with applicable legal obligations.
How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We share information only with our payment processors (Google Play Billing, Heleket) to complete purchases, with service providers who help us operate the App (such as cloud hosting and notification services) under confidentiality obligations, or when required by law or to protect our rights and the safety of our users.
Data Retention
We retain your account and connection information for as long as your account remains active, or as needed to comply with our legal obligations and resolve disputes. Browsing activity logs are retained for a maximum of 7 days and are then automatically and permanently deleted.
Children's Privacy
AM Browser is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Your Choices
You may update your account information within the App, or request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at support@amgrooup.com.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
